Youssef Gaboune is the co-founder of The Green Room Council (www.tgrcouncil.org) which gathers top representatives from the largest and most influential  global communities of  young leaders and changemakers such as: 

World Economic Forum Global Shapers/Young Global Leaders, Ashoka, One Young World, AIESEC, Enactus, TED, Impact Hub, Junior Chamber International, +SocialGood and African Leadership Academy. 

He is also the founder of Ethical Leaders (www.ethical-leaders.com), New Open Education (www.newopeneducation.org) and How the World Works (www.how-the-world-works.com).

He used to be the Head of Business Development (Media Training & Development) at Al Jazeera Media Network, leading its global partnerships and CSR program (Al Jazeera Ambassadors) from 2013 to 2016.

Youssef is a Leadership trainer and researcher who graduated from 2 Executive Education Programs in Leadership Development from Carnegie Mellon University, TTT Program on Innovation & Design Thinking from IDEO/ExperiencePoint, and is a certified Leadership trainer from Oxford Leadership Academy where he used to serve as Associate Director MENA. 
He also holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Montreal.
For the past 10 years he has been designing and delivering Leadership training programs to 2,000+ young leaders in countries such as Canada, Switzerland, Turkey, Morocco, Lithuania, Qatar, Indonesia, Malaysia, and has been building partnerships with leading global media organizations such as Huffington Post and AJ+ to promote more inspiring stories of positive change from around the word.
